Delete your account

A parent can permanently delete the family account and its associated child information from inside the app.

Delete from the app

  1. Sign in using the parent account that owns the child profiles.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Choose Account & privacy, then Delete account.
  4. Verify the account password, type DELETE, and submit the request.

This verification helps protect children’s information from deletion by someone with temporary access to an unlocked device.

What will be deleted

The parent sign-in, child profiles, progress, badges, bookings, practice attempts, and child recording files will be permanently deleted. Information required by law or needed to resolve abuse, fraud, or security incidents may be retained only as necessary.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@serafimacademy.com from the address used for the account. Do not include your password or child recordings. We will need to verify account ownership before processing the request.
